The property contains two separate rental units. The main home is a beautiful 3 bedroom home which was recently constructed in 2018. The back house cottage is a smaller and more affordable option that also includes two Belmar beach badges, two beach cruiser bicycles, and a two-person kayak. Privacy is no concern as both homes, their yards, and parking are all separated (only the driveway entrance is shared)
